Hiring the right people can make (or break) a new company.
Startup Recruiting Bootcamp is a 3-day intensive for leaders at early-stage startups to learn the fundamentals around recruiting.
You should apply if:
You are a founder, or employee at a startup (majority of our attendees are in seed, Series A, B) and recruiting is a significant part of your responsibilities.
Things are breaking – you’re no longer just hiring from your friends/network, balls are getting dropped with candidates, and/or interviews aren’t providing strong signals to make good hiring decisions.
Maybe you’ve never even been involved in recruiting besides conducting a few interviews here and there. How are you supposed to build a whole hiring strategy and process?
You’re frustrated by the lack of relevant solutions for hiring in the early days of a startup.
You want to maximize the chances of your company’s success!

What to expect
Change your outlook
You didn't start/join a startup to become a recruiter. Yet it takes a huge chunk of your time, and it’s so important to get right. We’ll address common challenges around recruiting, to unpack why it’s such a drag, and explore how to flip this mindset – maybe enough for you to actually enjoy hiring!
Build & scale your process
There’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Bootcamp will expose you to many different models and strategies around hiring to figure out what might work for you and your team. You’ll also be equipped with the skills, tools, and confidence to move forward and continually improve as you scale.
Learn the secrets
Most “best practices” in recruiting tend to gloss over the needs of early-stage startups. Hiring with less resources and people, means you’re going to have to get more creative. You’ll be inspired by examples of other startups’ successful efforts, and roll up your sleeves for some hands-on practice.
Build community
Startups in similar stages of growth tend to experience similar mistakes in hiring and org-scaling. In Bootcamp, you’ll be working alongside fellow founders, hiring managers, recruiters, operations employees—connections that you can continue to rely on far beyond Bootcamp.
